5m Houses
A housing study developed within a fixed 5-meter frontage, where spatial clarity is achieved through vertical organization and controlled openings.

Each house is structured to maximize usable space within a narrow footprint, using double-height volumes to introduce light and extend the perception of depth. Rather than expanding outward, the project relies on section to resolve spatial constraints.

The facade is composed as a layered assembly. Solid planes anchor the ground level, while upper volumes project selectively, framing openings and regulating privacy. Windows are limited and strategically placed, prioritizing light and ventilation without direct exposure to the street.

The repetition of the two units reinforces the project’s logic, allowing proportion and consistency to define the architecture.
5m Residences is approached as an exercise in spatial efficiency—where constraint becomes the primary design driver.
