AD Lifestyle Center
A mixed-use project structured through stepped massing, sectional hierarchy, and controlled density.

The development is organized as a sequence of horizontal volumes that rise gradually from the site, creating a stepped profile that mediates between public ground-level activity and increased density above. This strategy allows the project to expand vertically while maintaining a clear relationship with the surrounding urban fabric.

Terraces are integrated as part of the massing logic rather than as isolated elements, operating as intermediate platforms that support circulation, shading, and outdoor use. The interplay of solid volumes and recessed spaces establishes depth, allowing light and air to penetrate the interior organization.

A vertical element anchors the composition, concentrating density and defining the project’s skyline presence. Lower volumes remain horizontal and porous, reinforcing continuity at the pedestrian scale.

AD Center is approached as a study in sectional organization—where massing, climate response, and spatial hierarchy define the architecture.
