AGZ CORPORATE
An office project organized around visual continuity, sectional clarity, and a central spatial void.

The workspace is structured through a double-height core that connects all levels, allowing visual relationships across offices while maintaining functional separation. Circulation is arranged around this central space, reinforcing orientation and collective awareness within the building.

Private offices and work areas maintain controlled views toward the core, eliminating isolation without relying on full openness. A steel staircase wraps a central tree, marking a moment of transition between levels and introducing a natural counterpoint to the industrial material palette.

Material selection is direct and restrained. Exposed concrete and black steel define the building’s structural presence, while glazing is used selectively to regulate transparency rather than maximize it. Exterior openings frame views toward the service yard and landscape, reinforcing the building’s relationship to its operational context.

AGZ Offices is approached as a study in workplace organization—where structure, circulation, and material honesty define the architecture.
