Gonzalez 951 Apartmets

A multifamily housing study organized through clarity, proportion, and repetition.

The project is structured as two parallel volumes connected by a central circulation core, establishing a clear separation between private living spaces and shared access. This configuration defines a simple spatial logic and maintains legibility across all levels.

Material contrast is used with restraint. A darker base anchors the ground level, while lighter tones define the upper volumes, reinforcing mass and hierarchy. Openings are controlled and repetitive, emphasizing rhythm rather than expression.

Pedestrian and vehicular access are deliberately separated to maintain privacy and spatial order. Circulation acts as an organizing element rather than a visual gesture.

González 951 is approached as an exercise in architectural discipline—where form, structure, and material operate with clarity.
